Our vessel is under a Singapore flag. Are we allowed only to put IMO STCW 2010 manila exception?
That is the only check activated in our vessel that is why if we have watch from 00:00hrs-06:00hrs then 12:00hrs-18:00hrs, we could have less rest, and it continues more than a week. Sometimes we stop for a day and then again long days of operation...
please give me some clue on where we must be activated on the ISF watchkeeper admin rules?
